Some destinations (like Maldives) require mandatory resort transfers – if not booked with us, you must arrange directly with the hotel at least 72 hours before travel.

Once full payment has been received, Marko Globe Services Fz LLE will provide your travel documents, including flight tickets and service vouchers for land arrangements.
It is your responsibility to carefully review all travel documents to ensure the details match your request. In case of any errors, please contact us or your travel agent immediately, as corrections may not be possible later.
For bookings made through a travel agent, all payments you make are initially held by the agent on your behalf. Once the booking is accepted by us, the agent will then hold these funds as our representative.
When you book directly with Marko Globe Services Fz LLE, all communication will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
If the booking is made through a travel agent, all communication must take place through the travel agent.
For bookings made over the phone or in person, payments can be made by cheque, cash, debit, or credit card. Depending on local regulations, payments made by credit card may be subject to a fee, which will be clearly informed to you at the time of booking. Please note that if a cheque is returned unpaid by your bank and needs to be re-presented, an additional charge will apply.
Marko Globe Services Fz LLE is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified and fully complies with the required guidelines to ensure secure handling of all payment card transactions.
If, for any reason, we do not accept your booking, all amounts paid will be refunded in full, and no further liability will rest with us.

While these requests will be noted at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee their availability. Please note that the inability to fulfill such special requests does not constitute grounds for compensation.
Ramadan dates may vary by one or two days depending on the location. Marko Globe Services Fz LLE advises visitors traveling to Muslim countries during this period to respect those observing the fast by avoiding eating, drinking, or smoking in public during daylight hours, and by dressing modestly in public areas.
Most hotels and resorts provide screened-off private areas for non-Muslims, while certain tours, entertainment, bars, and facilities may be limited. In Abu Dhabi, alcohol is generally not served in bars and restaurants during Ramadan, although it is usually available through room service. In Dubai, alcohol may still be served outside fasting hours, and some hotels in Oman also continue limited service during the holy month.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport is valid, in good condition, and accompanied by all necessary visas prior to departure. Many destinations require that passports remain valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel. Passport, visa, and other immigration requirements vary by destination, and it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to confirm these details with the relevant Embassies or Consulates. Marko Globe Services Fz LLE cannot be held liable if a traveler is unable to proceed with their trip due to non-compliance with these requirements.
Marko Globe Services Fz LLE strongly advises all clients to obtain a comprehensive travel and medical insurance policy prior to departure, ensuring it meets their specific requirements. It remains the traveler’s responsibility to confirm that the chosen insurance coverage is both adequate and appropriate for their individual needs.
Marko Globe Services Fz LLE recommends contacting your doctor at least six weeks before traveling to confirm any required vaccinations or overseas health precautions. Some countries also restrict the possession of certain prescription medications, so it is important to check with the relevant consulate before departure. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to travel and able to participate in all services included in your booking.
Flight times may result in you arriving early or departing late from your hotel. If this is the case we strongly advise you to either book your accommodation room the night before so that you can be assured it is ready on your arrival or to extend your hotel booking for the night of your departure so you have full use of its facilities until you leave the hotel. Our travel consultants will let you know flight times when you book so you can make suitable arrangements.
Excursions or additional tours that you decide to book or purchase while on holiday are not included in the package provided by Marko Globe Services Fz LLE. For any such excursion or tour, your contract will be directly with the operator offering that service, not with us. Marko Globe Services Fz LLE is not responsible for the delivery of the excursion or tour, nor for any incidents or issues that may occur during its operation by the provider.
The country you are traveling to may require certain fees or charges to be paid locally. These costs are not included in the package price provided by Marko Globe Services Fz LLE and are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
If, in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of the service provider involved in your booking, your behavior or the behavior of any member of your group is disruptive, threatening, abusive, causes unnecessary inconvenience, or is likely to cause danger, damage, distress, disturbance, or annoyance to others or to property, Marko Globe Services Fz LLE reserves the right to terminate your travel arrangements immediately without any liability. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and we will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred due to this termination.
If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example, your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.
Any request for changes must be made in writing from the lead person on your booking. You will be charged an amendment fee following 6.3 below. You will also be required to cover any increase in the cost of your holiday as a result of your amendment. Please note that certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100%.
Any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time, provided that written notification from the lead passenger or your travel agent is received at the offices of Marko Globe Services Fz LLE. As we incur costs when processing cancellations, you will be required to pay applicable cancellation charges, which in some cases may be recoverable under your travel insurance policy. Please refer to section 6.3 for full details regarding cancellation and amendment fees.
Kindly note that failure to cancel in advance may result in a No-show fee in addition to any other penalties imposed by suppliers. Certain travel arrangements may be strictly non-refundable once reserved, and cancellations in such cases may incur charges of up to 100%.
If you decide to make a change to your existing booking, in the event that we can meet that request, you will be charged a Change fee per person in addition to any applicable rate changes or extra costs incurred, as well as any costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers. Note: Certain arrangements may not be amended once confirmed, and any alteration or cancellation could result in a charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements, in addition to the fees mentioned above.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

25 – 15 days: 50% of total holiday cost

Please note: For certain travel arrangements and flights, the cancellation fee may be higher than the amounts listed above. This includes, without limitation, certain travel periods, room types, published flights, and special fares which are often non-changeable and non-refundable at the time of reservation. In such cases, tickets are typically issued immediately with the airline, and therefore a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made. Full details of applicable cancellation charges will be provided at the time of booking.
All charges for amendments or cancellations will be calculated from the date on which Marko Globe Services Fz LLE receives your request or written notification.

If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform the local representative or the accommodation management immediately and provide as many details as possible.
If this procedure is not followed, we may be deprived of the opportunity to investigate and resolve your complaint during your holiday, which may affect your rights under this contract.
It is strongly advised that you raise any concerns directly with the supplier of the services in question, as well as with our local representative or agent, without delay. Wherever possible, please complete any available report form while still at the resort.
